As soon as you step into the tranquil environment of our spa, your body will start to unwind. Take a moment to capture the scents or admire the attention to detail given throughout our spa. We are here to help you relax and rejuvenate on your truly unique journey.
What to Wear:
Please arrive with comfortable, appropriate clothing for your treatment. Disposable garments will be provided for water treatments or for the modest. Throughout your treatment, you will always be draped to maintain your privacy. Any clients requesting pedicure treatments are asked to bring sandals or flip-flops that are easy to slide on after the polish application. If you have forgotten, we do have sandals for you to purchase if you so choose.
Spa Etiquette:
Please respect the rights of others to enjoy their treatments by keeping all cell phones, pagers and small children at home. We would like to also encourage our guests to use their “inside voices” when receiving or visiting our spa. All new guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointments in order to prepare you for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatment. Your appointment time will end on schedule, so the next guest is not delayed.
Gratuities:
At your discretion, gratuities may be offered for recognition of outstanding service. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Spa Policies:
We require 24 hrs cancellation notice to ensure proper staff scheduling and preparation for your service. If we do not receive 24 hrs cancellation notice we will charge all gift certificates or credit card prepayments 50% of the booked service.:
